Embezzlement during sanatorium renovation in Lviv region
The case began with the arrest of a contractor who was hiding from investigation for embezzling budget funds during the renovation of a sanatorium. Together with the director of the contracting company, they misappropriated over UAH 1.2 million by submitting false data in the acts of completed works. Currently, another contractor is on trial.
