The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine announced that territorial recruitment centers (TRC) are not allowed to conduct notification activities or serve summons during air alerts. This decision resulted from the work of the Temporary Investigative Commission of the Verkhovna Rada, which protects the rights of Ukrainians.
