Storyline
In August 2026, passenger traffic through Ukraine's western border reached a record level since March 2022, totalling 791,000 crossings. However, there is a build-up of vehicles at the Ukrainian-Polish border, particularly at the 'Krakivets' checkpoint, where 90 vehicles are waiting. The 'Ustyluh' checkpoint is also experiencing increased passenger flow, rising from 8,000 to 13,000-14,000 people daily.
