A soldier has been charged with attempted murder of the director of a private medical center in Kyiv. The attack occurred on September 3, when the assailant fired at least 23 shots at the 71-year-old director, who survived and is currently in intensive care. Preliminary reports suggest the motive may be linked to the death of the assailant's wife after treatment at the center.
