Ternopil regional clinical hospital overpaid more than 400,000 UAH for electricity. The Economic Court of Ternopil Oblast ordered the supplier to return these funds after declaring the additional agreements invalid. The fact of overpayment has been confirmed, with over 360,000 UAH to be refunded.
