The Supreme Court of Ukraine annulled the decision of the High Council of Justice to dismiss three judges of the Kyiv Appeal Court who were implicated in a $35,000 bribery case. Judges Ihor Pallenyk, Yuriy Slyva, and Viktor Hlynianyi were suspects in this case.
