On 24 August 2026, President Volodymyr Zelensky awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine to 17 servicemen and public figures on Independence Day. Among the recipients were Lieutenant General Andriy Hnatov and Brigadier General Andriy Biletsky, who received the 'Golden Star' order for their courage and heroism in defending the state.
