Ukraine has opened the largest auto hub specialising in cars from Korea and the USA. The hub offers prices lower than similar listings on AUTO.RIA and OLX and operates officially with a Ministry of Internal Affairs licence. Meanwhile, a Telegram channel is also offering cars at competitive prices, claiming legality and the availability of insurance.
