The National Bank of Ukraine has taken action against five financial companies, including FC Atlana, imposing fines and written warnings. Following this, the procedures for inspections and authorisation requirements for collection companies have been updated.

Національний банк України застосував заходи впливу до п'яти фінансових компаній, включаючи ТОВ 'ФК Атлана', за виявлені порушення під час нагляду. Зокрема, до 'ФК Атлана' було застосовано штраф у розмірі 198 881 грн та письмове застереження.
