English on smartphone and Accessible English
Two educational programmes for learning English have been launched in Ukraine: 'English on Smartphone' and 'Accessible English'. The first programme started on 12 September, offering free courses, while the second, which began on 9 October, also provides free learning opportunities through a special bot with the support of the EU.
