On 24 August, Lithuania announced the launch of the project 'Children First. Protecting Ukraine's Future', aimed at returning Ukrainian children displaced to Russia. The project will allocate €600,000 in grants for organisations involved in the repatriation of children and aims to raise over €4 million to support families.
