Simplifying construction of underground facilities for the defence industry in Ukraine

Initiatives have begun in Ukraine to simplify the construction of underground production facilities for the defence industry. However, the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine has decided not to appeal certain court rulings regarding deceased and missing military personnel.
