Switzerland and the referendum on neutrality

On September 27, Switzerland will hold a referendum where voters will decide whether to enshrine a stricter definition of neutrality in the constitution. Approval of the initiative could prevent the imposition of sanctions against Russia without a decision from the UN Security Council.
