MoE recommendations for educational institutions during power outages

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has published recommendations for educational institutions in case of power outages. The document includes action algorithms for kindergartens, schools, and universities, as well as various levels of response to blackouts. Additionally, the MoE clarified how to organise learning during prolonged air raid alerts and power outages.
