A case has been opened following a complaint from committee member Oleksii Shevchuk about interference by the director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau, Semen Kryvonos, in the selection process for the Specialised Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office. Shevchuk has called for an investigation, while Kryvonos requested to be removed from the committee. The committee has now approached the Office of the Prosecutor General to request Shevchuk's removal.
