On August 27, 2026, a Russian drone struck a minibus in central Kherson, injuring four people, including the driver. An elderly woman was also reported injured due to other drone attacks in the city.
On September 4, around 11:00, Russian forces attacked a public transport stop in the Central district of Kherson. As a result of the attack, five people were injured, including a 25-year-old woman who sustained an explosive injury and shrapnel wounds to her leg.
