In Kharkiv Oblast, a 44-year-old driver attempted to bribe police to avoid responsibility for driving under the influence. He offered 16,000 hryvnias and refused to undergo a sobriety test. Later, in Berestynshchyna, the driver tried to offer 50,000 hryvnias, for which he also received a charge.
