Illegal sand extraction in Cherkasy region

A deputy from Cherkasy has been charged with illegal sand extraction, causing damages exceeding UAH 240 million. There are already five suspects in the case, three of whom are members of an organised group. The name of the deputy was revealed during the investigation.
