Ukrzaliznytsia and barrier-free access in carriages
Ukrzaliznytsia has begun modernising carriages, equipping 167 of them with ramps for barrier-free boarding. Ramps have been installed in new flagship, children’s, and inclusive carriages, with the completion of the modernisation of old carriages scheduled for the end of 2027.
