Reduction of requirements for agricultural enterprises for critical status
The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food has lowered the requirements for agricultural enterprises seeking critical status. From October 18, 2026, it will be sufficient to have 200 hectares of land and an annual income of 20 million hryvnias. The updated criteria also apply to agricultural, forestry, fishing, reclamation, and geodetic enterprises.
