Funding for cardiac surgery in Ukraine
The National Health Service of Ukraine made payments to medical institutions in Kirovohrad and Kharkiv regions for provided cardiac surgery services. In total, over seven months of 2026, 22.8 million UAH was paid to Kirovohrad and more than 96.7 million UAH to Kharkiv.
