Experimental service eDumka on Diia portal
In October 2026, the Ukrainian government launched the experimental eDumka service on the Diia portal, aimed at improving communication between citizens and local authorities. The service allows citizens to submit proposals, support initiatives, and evaluate officials' responses without paper signatures. Zaporizhia Oblast has also joined this experiment.
