Medical rights abuses against Ukrainians in captivity
Over 60 Ukrainian organisations have appealed to the WHO to establish mixed medical commissions to assess the health of prisoners of war. Additionally, the involvement of Russian medics in the torture of captives has prompted the Centre for Civil Liberties and other organisations to urge the WHO to enhance protections for Ukrainians in captivity.
