New oil refining plant in Ternopil Oblast
A new oil refining plant project has been initiated in Ternopil Oblast, Ukraine. Located in the Chortkiv-West industrial park, the plant has completed the installation of the first phase of equipment, with production set to launch at the end of 2026. The plant is expected to produce 50 tonnes of oil per day.
