   Appeals chamber retains Kolomoisky case in its jurisdiction

   On 28 August, the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court refused to transfer the case of former PrivatBank owner Ihor Kolomoisky to another court. The case, in which Kolomoisky and five former bank employees are accused of embezzling 9.2 billion UAH, remains under the jurisdiction of the Appeals Chamber.
