Prysm update and gas limit testing in Ethereum
Developers of the Ethereum consensus client Prysm released an update ahead of testing a new gas limit of 200 million. Following the activation of the Glamsterdam update in the Sepolia test network, the gas limit increased, but the actual block utilisation remained at 26-46%. The date for implementing the update in the main Ethereum network has yet to be determined.
