Posthumous award of the title of Hero of Ukraine to Viktoriya Roschyna
The case for posthumously awarding the title of Hero of Ukraine to journalist Viktoriya Roschyna was initiated by MP Yaroslav Yurchyshyn. The Verkhovna Rada supported this request a year and a half ago, but the issue remained unaddressed. Recently, on October 15, the Verkhovna Rada again supported the award, with 255 deputies voting in favour.
