Exclusion of Russian company from sanctions list
The European Union removed the Russian Solikamsk Magnesium Plant from the new sanctions list at the request of Estonia. This decision was made due to the supply of strategically important raw materials to the Estonian company NPM Silmet. The Estonian Foreign Minister noted that the initiative came from the European Commission.
