Investigations into abuse at Ukraine's territorial recruitment centres began with the announcement of suspicions against ten staff members in Odesa for torture and unlawful detention. In the following days, numerous cases of corruption, evasion of mobilisation, and abuse were uncovered, leading to arrests and the suspension of officials in various regions. Investigations are ongoing, including as part of an operation.
