Drone legislation
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine recommends adopting draft law No. 15531, which regulates the use of civilian drones. The draft law includes increased liability for operating unmanned aerial vehicles without registration, including fines and possible imprisonment. From October 12, 2026, Ukraine will implement mandatory registration of civilian UAVs and criminal liability for violations.
