Burials in Chernivtsi
Chernivtsi is facing a shortage of burial spaces at the Central Cemetery, which has approximately two weeks' worth of capacity left. From October 26, new burials are set to be relocated to the 'Stara Zhuchka' cemetery, where a designated area can accommodate burials for three years. Additional burial spaces are also planned to be arranged at this cemetery.
