Commemoration of victims of enforced disappearances in Ukraine
On August 30, Ukraine observes the International Day of Victims of Enforced Disappearances. According to reports, over 114,000 people are considered missing, with at least 9,796 having fallen victim to enforced disappearances due to the war with Russia since 2014. The Main Directorate of the National Police in Luhansk Oblast provided new data on the commemoration of victims.
