The Security Service of Ukraine reported the uncovering of a scheme to embezzle budget funds in the Luhansk regional military administration. A head and deputy of one of the OVA departments, along with an entrepreneur, were detained for attempting to misappropriate UAH 5 million during state procurement.
Seventeen-year-old Kateryna Zlobina from Sievierodonetsk set a Ukrainian record by writing out 400 digits of Pi (π) in 9 minutes and 27 seconds. She used visualization of the digits as characters to aid her memorization.

One hundred eleven housing certificates worth UAH 155.2 million have been issued to internally displaced persons from Luhansk region who lost their homes due to hostilities. A total of 247 applications for compensation for destroyed real estate have been submitted, with 153 already reviewed.
