The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved a draft law that alters the accounting of loan expenses for corporate profit tax calculations. Starting January 1, 2028, companies will only be able to account for loan expenses up to 30% of EBITDA, limiting opportunities for artificial profit reduction.
