Latvia introduces 300% tariff on grain from Russia and Belarus

The Latvian government plans to impose a 300% tariff on the transit and processing of grain from Russia and Belarus. Prime Minister Andris Kulbergs also announced the development of mechanisms to identify grain stolen from occupied territories of Ukraine.
