Ministry of Energy prepares bill for transferring mine assets to communities

The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine has developed a bill that will allow the free transfer of surface assets of coal and uranium mines undergoing liquidation to municipal ownership. First Deputy Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal announced this.
