Transfer of assets from liquidated mines to communal ownership

The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine has developed a draft law allowing the free transfer of assets from liquidated coal and uranium mines to communal ownership. The transfer will occur at the initiative of local self-government bodies, and the government is already proposing this initiative to the Verkhovna Rada.
