In Rivne, police stopped three underage drivers operating vehicles under the influence of alcohol. The first incident occurred on September 12, when a 17-year-old refused to undergo a sobriety test. Two other cases took place in the village of Batyky, where a 16-year-old also drove a scooter while intoxicated.
