In Rivne, during the curfew, three underage electric scooter riders were detained for being under the influence of alcohol. One of them, a 16-year-old girl, registered 0.74 promille of alcohol in her blood. This incident highlights a growing issue of drunk driving of electric scooters in Volyn.

During the curfew in Rivne, police stopped three underage electric scooter drivers who were operating their vehicles under the influence of alcohol. In one case, a 16-year-old girl registered 0.74 promille on the breathalyzer. The other two drivers also showed signs of intoxication.
