Starting from September 15, Kyiv will implement the "All Red" traffic light mode during the national moment of silence at 09:00. This means that the red signal will activate simultaneously for drivers, pedestrians, and cyclists, while ground public transport will stop. At 09:01, traffic lights will return to normal operation.
