Storyline
A new order has been introduced in Kyiv for stopping public transport during the nationwide minute of silence. Transport will halt at 9:00, except in cases of air raid alerts. Initially, stops will be organised on designated streets.

The Kyiv City Council has decided to stop transport for 60 seconds daily at 9:00 during the national moment of silence. Traffic lights will switch to 'all red', but transport will not stop during air raid alerts.
