The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved new rules for healthcare facilities based on the level of air threat. Under yellow alert, hospitals will continue to operate normally, while under red alert, patients and medical staff must move to shelters. Emergency medical assistance will be provided continuously regardless of the threat level.
