The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved new regulations for the operation of medical facilities during air alerts. Under the new rules, hospitals will continue to operate during yellow alerts, while during red alerts, patients and medical staff must move to shelters, although emergency care will not be interrupted.
