The Specialised Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office has requested a court to arrest 150 million UAH bail posted for former Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko. The prosecution claims the funds are of criminal origin and their posting may have been a means of legalising illicit money. If the court grants the request, Halushchenko could be remanded in custody again.
