Oleksandr Klymenko, head of the Specialised Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, stated that Andrii Yermak was involved in attempts to undermine the independence of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialised Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office. He claimed that Yermak insisted on not restoring the powers of these bodies.
