Implementation of 'Phantom' patrol cars in Ukraine
The 'Phantom' patrol cars recorded 7,012 speed violations in Kyiv and the region during their first week of operation. The Ministry of Internal Affairs plans to expand the use of these vehicles, introducing them in Lviv and Dnipropetrovsk regions, where 24,000 violations have already been recorded in 15 days.
