Serhiy 'Borets', a sniper from the 'Tengri' group of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence, was killed in a Russian airstrike. He became a symbol of Kyiv's defence, gaining fame from a photograph of him riding a bicycle with a grenade launcher towards Irpin in the early days of the full-scale invasion.
