Law enforcement agencies in the Kyiv region uncovered a scheme to embezzle budget funds during the rental of a cogeneration unit for the Vyshneva community. Four individuals have been charged with misappropriating UAH 315 million, of which approximately UAH 28 million has already been transferred from the local budget.
