In Khmelnytskyi region, two individuals were charged with attempting to smuggle a conscript to Moldova. A 23-year-old man was also detained on suspicion of organising illegal border crossing. Later, a Kyiv resident was implicated in the case for allegedly attempting to smuggle a conscript to Romania for 15,000 euros.
