Detention of TCC servicemen in Rivne for hooliganism and assault

On September 23, 2026, three servicemen of the territorial recruitment centre (TCC) were detained in Rivne for hooliganism during a military document check. The incident resulted in the assault of a 40-year-old man, who sustained head injuries and a chemical burn to the eyes. The detainees are currently in custody and face imprisonment.
